Andrew M. Kreidman
Andrew Kreidman represents clients against claims pertaining to asbestos-exposure, product liability, toxic tort, wrongful death, and premises liability. He has defended national equipment brands and manufacturers in court, depositions, and direct negotiations.
During his time with Malaby, Andrew has worked to develop global defense strategies on behalf of clients. He provides sound, cost-effective counsel to clients throughout all phases of a lawsuit.
Prior to joining Malaby, Andrew was an associate at a prominent medical malpractice firm, and a general liability firm, both located in New York. As a result, he has experience in construction law, labor law, professional malpractice, intentional torts, and transportation law.
