Malaby Partner Richard Mendelsohn Speaks at National Construction Defect Conference

Malaby is proud to announce that partner Richard Mendelsohn was invited back to speak and share his expertise in Construction and Construction Defect Litigation with those attending the Perrin's National Construction Conference on November 9^th and 10th, 2023 at The Four Seasons Hotel, New Orleans, Louisiana. Rick’s topic was “Of Liens, Lawsuits and Leverage” and he discussed the challenges of combining construction defect claims and collection claims as well as surety agreements. Partner Cori Malaby attended the conference as well and expanded her construction knowledge during the day and a half of discussion panels and sessions presented by legal, insurance, and construction industry professionals.
